I am in cotact with corporate so I HOPE to get SOME good news tomorrow but if history means anything all i expect is disappointment. My friend, a tech has already been to my house and CONFIRMED the issue is a tap which is in another street! 10 days! That ticket was open 10 days and nothing was done. It was only closed when i called to complain about the packet loss and upload speeds! And my internet not only did not change for the better but it got WORSE! I get timeouts at least 1 to 2 times per hour! I have pingplotter screenshots to prove it. My cox folder has about 50 images of timeouts over the course of 3 days!! But since you guys or even supervisors cant see notes on tickets and cant contact your supposed "techs" i am convinced they dont actually do anything and close tickets without actually fixing the problem. I will be submitting complaints to the BBB and FCC tomorrow if the person from corporate has no updates on this issue. This is an EMERGENCY situation. I CANT DO MY JOB WITH 0.00MBPS UPLOAD! monday will be the 3rd business day i cant work! My supervisor has to email the CFO of my company to let them know that i need access to an empty building to work because my internet is broken. Cox has already caused irreperable damage to my image in my workplace!
