Upload speed is being capped at 10mb/s??

I am paying $150 a month for 500mb down and now I'm stuck with 10mb/s upload? What nonsense is this? At a minimum it should be 35mb/s upload (should be more like 100mb/s personally). Stop treating yo...

Sure seems like it is.  I’m in IT and do a lot of data conversion which requires a lot of upload bandwidth.  I have Premier I think and have noticed now that I have to work out of the house that my uploads are really slow compared to downloads.

Speed tests are also showing an upload cap of 10 Mbps.  Download is 229 Mbps.
