Unable to receive email

I have several Cox email accounts. I tried to send an email from my main Cox account to another one, but it was never received there. I even checked the spam folder. Why didn't I get it? It has plenty of free space. They're both cox.net accounts. This was done by logging into my account using webmail. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
