Tv won't "forget " old cox log in info

When trying to sign into a Hotspot the old sign in info must automatically sign in and then I receive an error message saying the request was denied. So I have "forgotten " the network ans reset the tv but the same message keeps coming uo and it won't give the opportunity to enter my log in information . What do I do next
