Yeah, were juat in my neighborhood within the last year "updating". Well one storm and no updates going on 72 hrs. Ive had numerous problems, replacement of wires only to find it was their pole. I WFH and for $200+, i expect at least some estimated time. The electric company always gives an estimate. So frustrating.

And here we are again. Got internet &tv back for not even 48 hrs and bam some rain and out again. 😡 im about over it.

Is this only effecting you? You said Cox didn't see it as a outage, but do you know if your neighbors go offline when you do? When did the problem start? Anything new or strange around then? Storm? Power outage? Construction? Someone moving in/out? It's probably some issue with noise on the upstream, and I can show how to check that, but want to cover the basic things first.
