What OS are you using?
7 and 10, depends on the computer, work station is running win 7, the 48 core dual xeon server running win 10
I meant the machine running Windows Live Mail. Is it 7 or 10? If 7, how did you get around the TLS problem?

rotflmao. I had a lot going on so I did a capture of that task manager. I had the graphics loaded, and multiple machines running. I STILL couldn't get the whole thing to 50%
