Hi Jsquareg. There is no special procedure, however, the port numbers you are using are no longer available. For the incoming server, use pop.cox.net, port 995 and for outgoing server use smtp.cox.net, port 465. We recommend you use Imap especially if you are using this same email address on other devices. That way, you can see the same information across all devices and when you delete it on one device, it updates all devices.
