Throttled internet and non existent upload speeds

I know it is frustrating to have multiple technician visits and have no resolution in sight. I would recommend letting the technician that is coming out on Monday all of the issues you have been having and to check the signal coming into your home. If you have any splitters or amplifiers in your home, I would recommend letting the technician change those out for you as well. Let us know how things go on Monday.
