thinking of changing internet plans... do these all have 2-year commitments?

my current plan is $115/mo. my new plan not only saves me $35/mo but my internet speed goes from 200 to 500 Mbps so two wins there!

the new plan costs $80/mo and then becomes $124 after two years.

does this mean if i leave cox a month from now (for example) i will pay an early termination fee?
