i'm glad it's working for you but i'm surprised the video calls, netflix & youtube are working with 100 plan.
Are there still 100 Mbps plans? I think Cox increased Preferred 100 to 150.
OP only said HD. What's the requirement for HD...5 Mbps?
prior to getting the panoramic unit, my 100 was bumped to 150 without asking. i'm not sure on requirement for hd.
Cox didn't ask because they got rid of it.
Depending on the compression of a content-provider, HD only needs 2-8 Mbps. You could double, triple that with HD audio or UHD (5-15 Mbps).
I'm not sure what motivated the OP to post the kudos. Were speeds insufficient before or had the OP questioned its sufficiency before lockdown? Either way, it's nice somebody took the time even though nothing was wrong...especially to a person or if you don't know who to thank, thank a "team."
