Tech never showed up for my scheduled appointment

Here is something odd one happened to me.  So, cox techs keep telling me that my line has weak signals, they need to schedule a tech visit to get my problem resolved.  I signed up for gigablast ( Irvine, CA area ) speed, and that when they noticed the issue. I so signed up for a tech visit today between 5-7 PM PST.  I waited the whole time , no one showed up.  So, I called, and the person on the line was very rude, told me to wait and the techs know what they are doing. Oh well... , I kept waiting my no one showed up.

So, I just logged on to my account online, and I noticed that someone has noted my account that the I was not home for the tech visit.  What a bunch of lie!  

If someone from Cox reads this posts, please note that we are customers, we don't get this service for free and there is no reason to lie about me not being at home, while I was waiting for your tech to show up all this time.  I wish there was another cable provider in this area, so I could switch to.
