Suggestion for Cox: new email settings info

Dear Cox and Cox forum moderators.

The security changes from January 25, 2018 have produced many customers with questions regarding what are the new settings for various email clients.  What is missing is a comprehensive Forum Post with hot-links to information that includes screen prints of settings for common email clients.  Such as PC, Mac, Outlook 2016, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird etc.

Put that Forum Post at the top of the  forum and keep it there so we all see it.  Some of the ones I have found that include screen captures are the most helpful.

Here's a start:

Email Server Settings for Microsoft Outlook 2007-2016:

https://www.cox.com/residential/support/changing-your-email-server-settings-for-microsoft-outlook-2007-2016.html

Email Server Settings for Mozilla Thunderbird:

Email server settings for MAC

Email server settings for Windows Live Mail

Email server settings for iPhone / iPad

Email server settings for Android smartphones.

etc.

This (in my opinion) would provide an invaluable service for customers searching for settings that INCLUDE SCREEN Captures.

OK, but it's not easily findable and by dedicating a pinned Topic to the top of this forum would be like stating here is a FAQ list to help you.

When you use the search window in Cox.com for "email server settings", you get this link:

    Cox Email Server Settings

    https://www.cox.com/residential/support/cox-email-server-settings.html

which are not nearly as helpful as the one you suggested with screen prints.  Why not at least update those 3 pages pointing to the better and more helpful page?

Also, why don't any of the forum moderators edit their links to full url-clickable-links?

Instead of making the customer select the entire link, copy it to clipboard, open a new tab, and then paste it,  how about if they can just click on it and immediately be transferred to the new site:

    Instead of this:  https://www.cox.com/residential/special-offers/secure-email.html?sc_id=cr_dm_camp_z_secureemail_vanity

highlight the url yourself when posting, and select the "insert/edit link" icon 4 icons left of the smiley?  Then you would get this instead:
