OK, but it's not easily findable and by dedicating a pinned Topic to the top of this forum would be like stating here is a FAQ list to help you.
When you use the search window in Cox.com for "email server settings", you get this link:

which are not nearly as helpful as the one you suggested with screen prints. Why not at least update those 3 pages pointing to the better and more helpful page?
Also, why don't any of the forum moderators edit their links to full url-clickable-links?
Instead of making the customer select the entire link, copy it to clipboard, open a new tab, and then paste it, how about if they can just click on it and immediately be transferred to the new site:

highlight the url yourself when posting, and select the "insert/edit link" icon 4 icons left of the smiley? Then you would get this instead:
