straightup internet

I want to swtich to straightup internet and when I call to speak to someone they have no idea what I'm talking about.  I am out of work right now and I;'m paying you people $71 a month for just internet; I have no TV, no phone JUST INTERNET.  I want to switch to straightup internet wny can't I do that?

    Straight up internet isn't very good. Slow speeds, very little info is given about your account on cox.net, you don't get the cox wifi that's all over and the app will not work for straight up users. For $21, I'd stick with what you have or look into Century Link.
