Stopping NOT SPAM senders from going to Spam folder

I have two email senders that your system constantly puts in the Spam folder, no matter how many times I mark them as NOT Spam. How can I stop this?

Nothing works.  I finally decided to send 100% of all incoming emails to my Inbox.  No more Spam. Folder.  I now have to spend time deleting the junk from the Inbox, but I don't have to wonder if valid emails are going to Spam.

      Hi @Yak

Please forward the messages that are going to spam to: unblock.requests@cox.net . That will make sure that our system does not flag these messages as spam. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
