all I got it cox, and thanks for the info. All games have had packetloss and lag for the 3 years i have been with cox, a tech is coming tomorrow but I really really doubt anything will get fixed.
Hi Zurq, while I'm not seeing any packet loss currently, your modem levels are outside of our preferred specifications. In other words, we are seeing issues with the signal. Please also make sure the coaxial cable is not damaged, bent, or loose. If you have a splitter, we recommend bypassing it for troubleshooting purposes. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
