Hi Markfl, your modem is reporting a high number of disconnects, so I've no doubt this is affecting your upload and download speeds. Are there any splitters or extra connectors on the coax connection to your modem? I'm unable to definitively diagnose whether the source of the problem is inside your home or in our equipment outside.
