Slow speeds / outages

Many times during the day our internet slows or is out.  Was told the modem needs reset - we do that several times a day.

Cox has no solution for this

    Hello, your modem levels look quite healthy and I'm not detecting any packet loss at this time. Are you on WiFi when experiencing slow speeds and intermittent connectivity? Would you be able to share the results of a hard-wired speed test for us? We suggest using the Cox Internet Speed Tool, -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
