Slow speeds / outages
Many times during the day our internet slows or is out. Was told the modem needs reset - we do that several times a day.
Cox has no solution for this

- Hello, your modem levels look quite healthy and I'm not detecting any packet loss at this time. Are you on WiFi when experiencing slow speeds and intermittent connectivity?
