curtb knows lots about email settings.  I'm curious about the Secondary address in webmail.  If I enter a non-Cox secondary SMTP, can this address send/receive email via Cox?  Or is the Secondary address only for receiving forgotten credentials?

That seems vaguely familiar, but I don't remember where it's located.  Where in Webmail settings do you find Secondary address?

      I can't tell you anything about that one except I left it blank.

        Yeah, I left mine blank as well.  No sense Cox having other ways to contact me.  It's probably just for credential recovery.  "We sent a temp password to your Secondary address."
