Scam Email?

I received the same email for two Cox email accounts

Important information about your Account


   Dear User.

As members, of our team you need to switch your Mailbox to the latest version of your E-mail to avoid disconnecting to our smtp server.


kindly Update to the newer version.

Is this a scam?

    I too would be concerned if I received this email. I'm here to help. You are able to review the email, as you do look for any misspelled words. Check the header and see if the sending email says it is from Cox but the email itself may not be a Cox email. You can also definitely get assistance with this.     It's so makes me angry.  A clue to scams is bad grammar, misspellings…and "click this link."  The grammar gets an F- because it is atrocious.
