Rotten COX policy.
We're Canadians, we can't come down because of Covid and Cox has restored our service from our seasonal hold. No consideration that we're not able to enter the USA. Very disappointed.
Well I've ALREADY received a reply from Cox...wow, I'm moving from disappointed to impressed. Actually impressed and hopeful.

Well they're going to call me and discuss....will update you for sure.
Well they came through. Reversed the charges and put me back on the seasonal hold.
This agent was very clear that they have anticipated and planned for the situation faced by seasonal residents and will follow up with the agent.
