We are contemplating a move to an area that is serviced by another provider NOT Cox.
Since our email addresses have been moved to yahoo email servers am I able to keep my cox email address if my new provider is Spectrum?
I've had these addresses for over 15 years and it would be a pain to change all my contacts/accounts over to a new address.
Didn't you ask this before? What is odd is a moderator answered there but then someone said it was a wrong answer when it was correct. Basically your email has nothing to do with Cox anymore. It's like if you ported your phone number. Your email now belongs to Yahoo.
