unable to switch between my 2 cox email accounts without having to re-sign in every time . .

for the past 2 years , i have been unable to switch between my 2 cox email accounts ,without having to re-sign in every time .  i've spent hours talking to cox about the problem , they are clueless...

i've had cox email accts . for 10 years , never had to do this before .

    thru cox webmail or outlook/3rd party client?
