Yes, my incoming is imap.coc.net.TLS is none. Outgoing is smtp.cox.net. Automatically manage connection settings is checked. Sorry it took me a while to answer you. Also my Mac is updated to Mojave
All the same here
If you haven't checked your Cox Webmail for a while, maybe you should, and maybe test a few emails you delete to see how long it takes for them to be removed from Coxmail
Since Microsoft servers, if you are using IE as the primary to manage ur email however, then maybe the same problems don't exist
Thx for the info

Just checked my webmail & everything is the same as Mac mail. I ran a test email & once I deleted it from the trash in Mac mail it deleted in webmail, but not before. Also there was an update to Mojave to 10.14.3. I hope this helps you. I just recently set up a couple of gmail accounts in Mac mail because I've been having a lot of problems with phone tools with Cox & if they don't fix it I'm switching to another provider for phone & internet. Especially with the data caps & if they raise my rate again.

You're welcome. Try deleting the trash in Mac mail & see if it deletes it in webmail like it did for me.
