Then you should be able to use the Panoramic app to narrow down which device is the bandwidth hog. Open the app, sign in, then go to "Network Activity"
I'm reviewing the list of devices connected and only a couple look odd. Something called Telebit-CF03 (but this says it's connected to our router via a cable?) and something called wlanO. Everything else looks like our devices.

If you drill down into individual devices, does it show bandwidth use for that device? Don't have a Panoramic gateway so have no way of testing.

It does. Says <0.1%. I checked all the devices and only one has significant use and it's our one fire stick. But, that's it.

Hmm, maybe try not using your fire stick for a few days and see if your activity goes back to normal? As for the Telebit, not sure what that is. How many ethernet cords do you have coming out of the gateway and where do they go?
