Something else to try is setting up a filter rule in webmail that directs any emails from a a particular sender's email address to the inbox or simply disabling the spam filter entirely.

Set up filter rule. Still doesn't work. So, I'll continue to work with it. I don't want to disable the spam filter entirely. That's a big red signal for spammers! Thanks for your thought.

I've tried everything suggested. Sad to say, I'll need to tolerate this from a company as solid as Cox.
