MichaelJ - as you said" Hi Cableguymom, with the message in your spam filter opened, please click the menu hamburger at the top right and mark the email as Not Spam. This helps teach the spam filter what messages you want to keep". Didn't work.
"You can also click on the sender's display name to add them to your address book." Where is this "address book" located on the Cox Inbox link?
- LisaH4 years agoModeratorHi Cableguymom. If you left-click on the sender's name, you will get a pop-up that will allow you to save the sender's name to the address book. The address book is called Contacts in Cox webmail and is located next to the Inbox in the blue bar next to Inbox. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Hi. LishH. Did that yesterday. And, the address is there in Contacts. This morning, still getting email from the same sender in Spam.
- ChrisL4 years agoFormer ModeratorSomething else to try is setting up a filter rule in webmail that directs any emails from a a particular sender's email address to the inbox or simply disabling the spam filter entirely.
