Quality degradation

What is going on with the service in Mesa AZ? This last week was a good week because my service only went down once. For over a month, it goes down every few days. It's even recognized on my account page, so can't be blamed on my modem/router or house. This is definitely not an always up service. What is going on?

    Hello tpastore, I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing a lot of outages in your area recently. It sounds like it may be getting better as you mentioned the frequency of them happening has decreased. My husband and I work from home and I take online classes, so I understand the importance of having a reliable connection. I regret that you have gone through this.
