Profile highlights/ Home Network Activity issues on App

Anyone having issues with the cox app saying their profile highlights and Home Network Activity saying try again later with no stats? I've restarted the gateway several times, and nothing.

    What type of device are you experiencing this on also have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

        Hi @NathanTravathan

        Can you please click 'Connect' at the bottom of the app, then go to devices, then select a device, and let me know if the Network Activity is showing up under that section?

    do you mean the wifi app, mine works. are you on wifi?

    Did you ever get this figured out? We thought it was just the app temporarily having issues, but we've had this issue for almost a month too and everything we've tried (restarting modem, uninstalling and reinstalling app) has not worked. Hoping you got a solution.
