My husband and I are having the same annoying issues with getting our Cox-served email. We've used Cox.net for at least 10 years now, on various different devices and versions of Windows and Outlook. This issue has arisen with us in the past 6 months, and as I see others experiencing the same issue, we can rule out the devices and/or Outlook. We get that annoying window every few minutes, asking us to confirm the email address and password. They haven't changed. When you click OK, there is a slight delay, and then the emails do start arriving (should be grateful for that).
THIS is why I have a separate Google account. FIX this please.
