Poor Service

I work from home and every day for the last 4 days COX internet has been intermittently down throughout the day and I am unable to do my job. 

I know Century Link and Google are installing in my area. This is not much of an incentive to stay with COX when they come knocking on my door. 

What type of reimbursement do we receive for this disruption of service?
