Planned Outage

This is the absolute worst possible time for a planned network outage. 7am to Noon, Really!!?? I work from home and have back to back virtual meetings. Thanks. This is the second outage in my area in the last 3 months. Planned or not. Ugh

  • @Nisha. I can certainly understand your frustration with loss of service and it is important that we limit such issues. In some cases, we do have to take the service down during normal business hours in order to complete needed work, maintenance, and upgrades.
