It has nothing to do with the equipment. I also never said that the loss of fiber speed was their issue. If you read my post, you would see my issue is the complete loss of upload speed. If I read around on this forum a little bit, I see many people saying the same thing. Please don't reply if you aren't going to be helpful.

Your reading comprehension skills could use some work. From what I've seen, you hop from thread to thread telling people the issue is with their equipment (in what appears to be an attempt to troll). This is a support forum, not 4chan. Go away.
As an update to this thread, after having a tech come out today: the issue was found to be with external wiring and they are sending someone in the next 48 hours to fix it. Imagine that, it had nothing to do with my equipment (exactly like i thought).

issue has been resolved since the wiring was worked on. as stated before, never expected to get gigabit download speed back. but the loss in upload speed no longer happens.consistent 35mbps upload
