Panoramic wifi not working on phone

So I got panoramic wifi but whenever my wife or I are connected to my wifi my phone will not open apps or internet pages won't open. I also have a computer that doesn't even connect to my wifi. Any s...

    I have tried but it won't let me log in. Do you mean using the panoramic wifi app?

      You can login either way.  Did you setup your username and password?

        Okay I was able to use the app what do I need to do to make it so my wifi isn't slow on our phones and connect my computer that won't connect?
