Panoramic wifi not working on phone

Question

So I got panoramic wifi but whenever my wife or I are connected to my wifi my phone will not open apps or internet pages won't open. I also have a computer that doesn't even connect to my wifi. Any suggestions?

I have tried but it won't let me log in. Do you mean using the panoramic wifi app?

Okay I was able to use the app what do I need to do to make it so my wifi isn't slow on our phones and connect my computer that won't connect?

Does your phone connect now to your router?&nbsp; If yes then you need to connect your computer the same way.
