Hi Hermione, the Panoramic Gateway (modem/router combo) from Cox took over the home networking responsibilities formerly handled by the Airport Express. Are you using the Ethernet port on the back of the Panoramic Gateway? You may be able to connect the Airport Express to the Gateway via Ethernet so you can access iTunes.-Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
