Packet Loss issues
I have been living in my apartment building for almost 2 years now and I have been having horrible and inconsistent packet loss.
The inconsistency has made it hard for me to get a tech to find any issues.
I have had a tech come out twice now and report speeds are just fine. My issue however is not my speed. It is my high amount of packet loss.
Modem: Arris SB8200
Router: Netgear Nighthawk XR500
All devices are brand new and have been replaced.

Can anyone advise on what to do next? I am not sure how I can show this to a tech because whenever they come out they tell me my speeds are fine.
