Packet Loss Detected

I am looking for help interpreting this log from my modem.  It seems that for the past week my router detect high latency and the internet cuts out from a few minutes.  I am wondering if this log shows anything meaningful.

    The Dynamic Range Violation, and Commanded Power entries are relatively unimportant. The profile assignment change is, as a understand it, a concern. Question is, what's the root cause? Can you show us the signal levels. A couple of other folks with more experience will probably chime in shortly.

      +1 for showing the signal levels. My guess is it has something to do with the upstream OFDMA channel. Did you notice your upstream light went blue around the time the problem started? Last, edit out your MAC address for privacy reasons.
