I've run winmtr for close to 90 minutes in the past, and that 5th hop always had the highest packet loss (the posted results were from a test that was ~10 minutes long)

I was able to locate your account using your forum ID so I ran some tests on your modem and am not seeing any packet loss at all. Have you tested to any other sites for comparison?
