Outage 3 days in a row. Is cox going to compensate me?

85020. 

the last 3 days from 8-11pm there’s been an outage in my area. My upload goes from 10mbps to .2 mbps.  The rep I chatted with just now was going to send a technician then said “oh looks like there’s an outage in your area” 

50% packet loss and .2mbps upload. 

ive had more outages this year than I’ve had my entire time with cox.  Really hope their excuse for this is switching to fiber. Kinda ridiculous that I’m paying 150 a month for this while people in Seattle get to pay 75 for google fiber symmetrical gigabit with virtually no Down time.
