Your download speed is probably not what it should be, but speed test results vary depending on which site you use. What speed test are you using?
Cox Internet test site consistently reports lower speed | Cox Community
Speedtest.net is what I use most often and shows 30 mbps. I did check the Cox speed test, but it shows lower speeds even than what I got at the other site, closer to 13 😬
Are you using a pano modem, or a stand alone modem and router combo?
