Ongoing Outage in Pensacola, FL for over 12 Hours - Support has no Info

It's insane to me that your care team is completely in the dark when it comes to area outage.  My service has been offline since approximately 4AM and I am still in a declared outage nearly 12 hours later.  Phone support agrees I'm in an outage and has nothing else to tell me.  Just wait....Can I get some help?

  • I'm talking to people that live 30 miles across town.  Apparently this is huge.  It's not a neighborhood issue.  How do you lose a metro area with 100K+ people for an entire day?
