My mother’s email address: @windstream.net was blocked by you folks for some reason. It is my only way of communicating with her because she is deaf.

did you you try send a test email while you where there?
A test to perhaps the Cox address. Whatever it is...can't remember.
Perhaps a test email from Webstream Help.
If you have your Mom's credentials, it'd be easier for you to troubleshoot.
