I have heard of problems with amps since the upstream OFDM change, so I would bypass that first, specially since you shouldn't need it if data only. If levels aren't in spec without the amp something is wrong.
This is my sister's house in Arrowhead, she doesn't have Cox phone service, or TV.
I have Cox phone in another part of Phoenix, and when I didn't have any Upstream QAM channels, just the one OFDM channel, My phone was constantly cutting out while talking, it was normal on my end, but for the other party I was cutting In & Out constantly.

Are you on site to troubleshoot? Anything in the modem logs? Are you thinking it is related to the problem you had? If so, can you contact Luke again or are you trying to avoid that?
It is not related to my previous problem. She has very good signals and 4x QAM and 1x OFDM Upstream channels.
The node is a block away at the end of her street. Her logs look just like mine, its hard to tell. Early this morning about 3am, the connection was slightly better, I was getting inconsistent uploads, but one did reach 20Mbps. Now its back to nothing.
Have you done the basic stuff like checking for splitters and bypassing the router? If so, not sure what else to suggest other then to schedule a technician. Must be some issue on the upstream. Hopefully the tech. can replicate the issue when they are there.
I did her install, and ran all the coax during construction, setup her com panel. She does have an RF amplifier that she probably no longer needs since she no longer has TV or phone. I'm 99% confident the problem is not at her house.
