No Internet/TV Service

This is unacceptable! We pay a significant amount each month, yet we are frequently left without service. Now, we've been without Internet and TV for the past five hours on a Friday night! I want an adjustment to my bill, and I urge Cox to improve their subpar service and deliver the quality we deserve for the charges we incur.
