No cable or internet

My question is Cox cable goes out so much in our area are we going to get a discount on our monthly bill we must go 3/4 days a month without Cox cable I think they need to give us a break on our bill no Internet no cable no nothing  I thought Cox cable was better than Verizon I’m starting to have my second thoughts maybe I need to go back to Verizon

    I'm in the same situation as u. I'm so mad that we are all scammed like this. We all paid for the service, yet constant outages and cox's customer service just shrugg.  Start complaining to Better Business Bureau.  FCC, FTC.  I think we need to start doing something to address this

    File a complaint with the FCC, if enough people do this we can hopefully get resolution.
