Nightly shut downs

I just read that a bunch of other people are having the same deal where in the early night our Internet gets *** down till the morning and it’s been doing this the past five nights. They locked the conversation up, so I’m starting the conversation up again to see how many of you are going through this. I have a repair guy coming out the 31st and it makes me wonder if this is being deliberately done, this pandemic killed me financially and I’ve been with Cox a couple of decades and we should have better explanations. We pay them monthly for a working Internet not to have to pay repairs to make it work......wrong.
