only at night, but when that happened it was during the day.
got a call yesterday, saying for me to test my connection and it was significantly better, the found a noise issue, but last night packetloss came back.
Support noticed the packet issue. Tried to reset. Then ignored me after this was not successful. I upgraded my internet service and the connection is worse now.
Lol, they should really rename "upgrades" to "we're going to screw up your service so you can deal with incompetent CSR's".
