Neighbor hacked my wife! How do I change password

My wife is hacked by my neighbor who is a gamer!  My wife is very slow and his game just showed up on my TV! how do I change my password?

    Also, can you explain what happened? What game showed up on your TV? Do you have a chromecast or a smart TV with chromecast built in?

    Those instructions are only good if they use cox leased equipment

      Good point. I assumed by the OP's tone that they are the type to rent a gateway. Either way, the second link gives more general guidelines how to log into your router.

        Thinking about it, it's POSSIBLE with an unsecured TV, that in error the neighbor was streaming to a compliant video device and the TV picked up the signal and displayed it. It in fact may be a simple error. I would talk to the neighbor and let them know that somehow their gaming system started displaying on your TV.
