My internet has been down more than up lately.

Right now it is up, but who knows for how long.  Resetting the modem and router does nothing, and my fire TV is having even more problems connecting.  As much as I am paying for this "service" there should not be this many drops.  It has gotten worse in the last few months.

    Hello, this is not the type of experience we want for our customers. Does this occur on a hard-wired connection or wireless connection?
